*The setup fee is charged only once, upon contract issuance, and includes the administrative procedures related to contract issuance, room allocation, and the check-in process.
The rates include accommodation, all utilities, internet access (cable + Wi-Fi), and 11% VAT.
Buildings M6 and M2A are equipped with air conditioning units. This service involves an additional cost, which will be reflected in the accommodation fee for the period June–September 2027.
