Minimum contract time: 5 months for contracts with start date during 01.01.2025-31.08.2025. For short term accommodation (5-9 months) a rate increase applies: 10 €/pers./month for triple room, 15 €/pers./month for double room and 30 €/pers./month for single room. Limited availability for short term contracts.
SetUp fee: 220€/ 10 mo. contract.
*The setup fee is paid only once, at the beginning of the contract and includes: sanitation and room cleaning before the start of the academic year, technical maintenance services during the contract and replacement of consumables.
